Payment Terms:
- Payment for services rendered is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon with the Company.
- We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer, or other methods specified by the Company.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be communicated to the Company at least 24 hours in advance.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
Access to Premises:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the Company has access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- If access is not possible, the customer may be liable for a cancellation fee.
Scope of Services:
- The Company will perform the cleaning services as outlined in the booking confirmation.
- Any additional services requested by the customer may incur extra charges.
Customer Obligations:
- The customer agrees to provide accurate and detailed information regarding the premises to be cleaned.
- The customer must ensure that the premises are safe for the Company’s staff to perform their duties.
Liability:
- The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- The customer is responsible for securing any valuable items prior to the commencement of cleaning services.
Complaints and Disputes:
- Any complaints or disputes regarding the quality of the services provided must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service.
- The Company will make every effort to address and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Insurance:
- The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations, including liability insurance.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
Health and Safety:
The Company prioritizes the health and safety of both its customers and staff. Customers are required to inform the Company of any known health hazards or risks present on the premises.
Our staff members are trained to adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including the use of appropriate cleaning agents and protective equipment.
Privacy Policy:
The Company respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to safeguarding personal information provided during the booking process.
Customer information will only be used for the purpose of providing cleaning services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Satisfaction Guarantee:

In the event that a customer is not satisfied with the results of the cleaning service, the Company will make every effort to rectify the situation to the customer’s satisfaction.
Property Damage:
While the Company takes utmost care in performing its cleaning services, accidents may occasionally occur.
In the event of accidental damage to property during the provision of cleaning services, the Company will promptly inform the customer and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation, which may include repair or compensation.
Termination of Services:
The Company reserves the right to terminate cleaning services if the customer breaches any terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in behavior that is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
In the event of termination, the customer may be liable for any outstanding payments or damages incurred.
Force Majeure:
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government regulations.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
